Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation compliance
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Manage inventory control systems and reconcile shipping discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and prevent delays
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping efficiency and accuracy
- Track shipments proactively and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with carriers and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
