Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and tracking
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock levels
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to optimize logistics workflows
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while meeting delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associates degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
