Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory systems in real-time.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
