Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA protocols
- Pack, label, and organize products for shipment and storage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Adhere to company safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to 150 Harbor Way, Boston, MA
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
