Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with quality checks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in a team-based environment to meet daily targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
