Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with training
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and workplace protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace for optimal efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn safety procedures and equipment operation
