Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, sorting, and stocking in compliance with company protocols
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed using RF scanning technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends when needed
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
