Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, and packing of merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems (WMS) with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
