Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends included).
