Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move products.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders quickly and accurately using a warehouse management system.
- Load & Unload: Receive incoming shipments and load outbound trucks in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to management.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick lists accurately.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
- License: Valid driver's license and forklift certification (if applicable) are a plus.
