Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy rates.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Documents: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
