Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment while meeting productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
