Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Accurately process inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO rotation protocols
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with WMS systems preferred
