Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain inventory counts in WMS system
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (OSHA certified)
- Rotate stock and manage FIFO protocols
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability
- Pass background/drug screening
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
