Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Document warehouse activities and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends for overtime
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
