Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment safely
- Perform quality control checks and document inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle count procedures
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and mandatory overtime
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Henderson warehouse facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
