Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS software and update records in real-time
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track logistics through TMS platforms
- Analyze warehouse data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve logistics-related issues promptly
- Train and onboard new team members on warehouse protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license (may require occasional site visits)
