Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load & Unload Trucks: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Order Fulfillment: Verify customer orders against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Safety Mindset: Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all company protocols.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
