Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining organized warehouse records.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all safety protocols are met.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and update inventory status in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and ensure proper labeling of all inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software or handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures strictly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
