Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Package items for shipment using appropriate materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Sort and organize inventory according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) when certified.
- Assist in inventory counts and accurate record-keeping.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory purposes and scanning.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
