Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery to move stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse housekeeping policies at all times.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper handling techniques to prevent damage to goods.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- License: Valid driver's license required for warehouse vehicle operation.
