Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain daily inspection logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Document shipment discrepancies and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
