Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipments in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing goods to prevent damage
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
