Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Pick and Pack: Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices with high precision.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure maximum space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the team lead.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Eligibility: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
