Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Document inventory movements and shipping details in digital systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
