Responsibilities
- Accurately load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory systems with RF scanners and maintain precise stock records
- Operate material handling machinery safely and efficiently following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and 5S practices
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
