Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our New York facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
