Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock levels using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Load/unload trucks and organize receiving areas
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
- Flexible availability including weekends
