Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and verify incoming and outgoing stock materials.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain Safety: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and shipping paperwork.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable work history and punctual attendance record.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
