Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet strict deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts (if certified) or RF scanners, efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, have a reliable method of transportation, and pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
