Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and inventory teams
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Manage daily workflow distribution and resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
