Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse efficiency
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven track record in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
