Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and train 15+ team members to ensure peak productivity and safety compliance
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient transportation and delivery scheduling
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate performance reports and analyze KPIs for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management success
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory control and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
