Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and material handling processes
- Conduct regular audits for inventory accuracy and process efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team on shipping/receiving schedules and vendor relations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
