Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify shipments, ensuring inventory levels are correct.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing goods with speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and safety equipment responsibly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
