Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack & Ship: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and pallets using proper lifting techniques.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
