Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Prioritize inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA standards
- Pick/pack orders with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain clean, organized work zones to optimize workflow
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
