Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory through scanning and cycle counting processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in physical inventory audits and reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Work overtime hours as required to meet operational demands
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Way, Long Beach
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
