Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and pack them securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Verify product quantities and descriptions against work orders to minimize errors.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling, weighing, and applying postage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure high-quality output.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure correct picking and packing of orders.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand pick lists and shipping labels.
