Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure optimal workflow and accessibility.
- Conduct daily quality checks on shipments and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to track inventory levels and status.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment care as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
