Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/uncrease shipments and manage inventory using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks and accurate documentation of materials
- Support inventory control through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
