Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and maintain inventory records.
- Pack and label products for shipment, ensuring all safety regulations are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in organizing warehouse stock and optimizing storage space for efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding stock levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
