Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Proficiency with handheld scanning devices and warehouse software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
