Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect, sort, and organize inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate digital records via warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Optimize storage space and implement FIFO rotation methods
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Background/drug screen clearance required
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
