Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (OSHA certification provided)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
