Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with safety certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in WMS
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
