Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality assurance and accurate record-keeping
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
