Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in clean, organized warehouse zones
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error accuracy
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
