Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies against purchase orders
- Optimize warehouse layout to improve workflow and storage efficiency
- Train new team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
