Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely delivery
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled and dry storage zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (OSHA certification provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Ohio driver’s license required for yard operations
